Popsicles with summer fruit and yogurt

These home-made beauties are perfect when the ice cream shop is too far away, or when it’s too hot for any other kind of breakfast. Use what you have at hand and let your little ones help you! 
Only remember to make them the day before you want to eat them.

For 10 popsicles (quantities will depend on the size of your molds), you will need: 

500 ml of fruit purée

Different kinds of summer fruit (we used strawberries, cherries and yellow peaches)

Honey or maple syrup to sweeten 

Juice of 1/2 lemon

500 ml coconut - or any other creamy - yogurt (we like full-fat Greek yogurt best)

1 mold

10 sticks


Purée your fruit in a blender, stoned and peeled if necessary. Add some sweetener and lemon juice to your liking. Sweeten your yogurt as well. Prepare your popsicles alternating different fruit purées and yogurt. You can make them with just one fruit each or mixing different ones. Put a stick into each mold, then freeze for 12 hours at least. Enjoy!
